Pearl is a contemporary seafood restaurant on the Port Willunga clifftop, looking straight down to the beach and the ruined pylons of the original 1855 jetty. The site has had several incarnations - the current operation is a smaller, casual sister to the historic Star of Greece across the carpark.
Food
Fresh seafood from the gulf, simply prepared. Oysters, prawns, snapper, the daily catch. A short list of non-seafood options for landlubbers, plus a seasonal salad menu.
The view
The ocean-facing deck is the best free seat on the Port Willunga clifftop - and it is where most of the booking effort goes. Lunch in summer is the prime slot.
